These terms apply when you use the Presently mobile application or this website. Presently is an independent client for the AT Protocol.

Your Account and Content

You are responsible for your account and for photos you choose to post. You keep ownership of your content. Posting through Presently publishes data to your AT Protocol repository under the rules of your account provider and the wider network.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Presently to violate the law, someone else’s rights, your account provider’s rules, or applicable network policies. Do not attempt to disrupt the app, its supporting services, or other users.

Story Expiration

The 24-hour story window controls how compatible apps display a post. It does not guarantee deletion from independently operated indexes, caches, archives, or repositories.

Beta Software

Presently may be provided as preview or beta software. Features can change, fail, or become unavailable. Keep your own copies of photos you do not want to lose.

No Warranty

Presently is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Presently evolves. The date above will change when a material revision is published.
